not sure..

would depend on the circumstances etc..

it would only ever be for somthing like someone murdering a loved one, but then again what sort of life would one have being torn apart by the negativity of 'revenge' till they got out etc..

and then again pretty much most of my loved onees would not want anyone to resort to the level of a murderer, so most probably a no out of respect..

as someone opposed to the death penalty its a contradiction i recognise and hope one would never be in the position..
