Our brekky usually consists either porridge with fruit or nuts in it, toast with peanut butter or crumpets with dry fried berries and Greek yoghurt. Yum yum.

Low fat milk with two spoons of instant coffee and one sugar.

Mid morning, after I have exercised, I will either have a protein shake or yoghurt with Alpen and honey.

Monday to Thursday its porridge oats with blueberries etc and orange juice and back coffee.

Friday its a breakfast sandwich when at work usually sausage egg black pudding with pepper brown sauce and a cup of tea

Cheese and beans on toast with mug of tea.

Sunday its 2 poached eggs on 2 toasted english muffins with a side order of best back bacon fresh grilled tomatoes and mushrooms with pepper and brown sauce served with a pot of tea and the papers.
