Carry on thro the pain?

So to all. My I'll gym buddies..I suffer from time to time with very low back pain..got a bit of siatica and pain across my lower pelvis ..just above my ass..now I've had 2 days free of the gym..safe to go tomorrow?

Have you tried a sports massage? Practically got rid of exactly the same pain you are having for me

My physiotherapist say pace yourself and stop before it hurts.

But I would see you doc first and get advice!

Go and see what your doc says. You don't want to end up injuring yourself in the long term.

Three pieces of advice:

1) Warm up thoroughly,

2) Warm up thoroughly,

and

3) Warm up thoroughly.

Wear sensible warm clothing especially your lower back.
