lie about age ?

At what age do women and the odd few vain men think they need to start lying about their age. Most men are not soft or blind, and most of us don't care, if you look nice and are nice thats all that matters.

I lied about my age till about 5 years ago. I'd added 3 on.. reason being I'd had a child young and I was sick of the sly looks or comments from others.

To be fair there's a lot of blokes seemingly under estimating their ages, I've seen many and thought they can't be 10 years younger than me as they look 10 years older

I have noticed that a few never seem to hit 40 or they get to 44 and stay there.

There is a bad precedent set when kids are younger, and add some age flexibility to theirs. Maybe for some it became a life long habit.

Men do it as often as women its a red herring they don't vanity goes for both it is funny looking at people who claim to be 10 yrs younger but look a good 5 older than they really are.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I'll be 49 in a couple of months. I have been told that everyone will assume that I am really 50 and lying about it. I'm happy to be my age.

Only women and a few men lie about their age? Where did you get that idea?

Loads of men lie about their age on here.

Most women are not daft of blind either and, if tricked into a meet, are unlikely to think "oh well, I'm here now and cock is cock".

I've personally met men who are at least ten years older and 2" shorter than they claim. I left.

I'm 53 and loving it. I'd be foolish to lie about my age as although I *obviously* have the physique of a woman 25 years my junior, my craggy old face tells another story.

I don't really give a toss about age anyway, it's all to do with attitude and attractiveness and not about how many years you've been alive.

I'm a victim of that, turned up for a social and she was much older than her pics. When she arrived at the pub and got out of the car(which I thought was a Citroen with the adjustable suspension)

I was shocked that she wasn't anything like her body pics and much bigger than I expected. Nothing against larger ladies but why do they have to be false.

People are false because they don't like what they see in the mirror be it age size or many other aspects and in reality its even worse for them when people meet as outwardly people may say little but the behind the scenes gossip is frantic.

I've never lied about my age. I just dont see the point. I'll be 50 at the end of the year and happy with it.

I have noticed a few women in my local area that were the same age or even older then me when I first joined Fab, have miraculously become younger though

So all women but only the 'odd few men'? A very sweeping statement.

I know plenty of men who pretend to be in their 30s but are really in their 40s. Same as I know men and women who are in their 60's but pretend to be in their 50s. They all say it's because of filters and to give them more options.

But I know that on fab now if you change your age, you cannot change it again. It is permanent.
