It's not easy, and i'm in pretty good shape lol But it's so worth it. I know people who lost lots, without really embracing the lifestyle changes and diet etc. A lot of women find the 30 day shred much easier to do. Insanity is a bit much if you aren't in reasonable nick to begin with. If you start you'll thank yourself in 60 days and we'll all keep you on track | |||
