"I do home workouts. I've done P90X twice. Insanity home workout DVD's. Completed 3 times (I think). Insanity Asylum Vol 1 home workout DVD's. And finally I am 2 weeks into Insanity Asylum Vol 2 home workout DVD's. I've earned it! And according to Shaun T I am also an athlete, haha! ![]() Nobody likes a show off X ![]() | |||

I know people who lost lots, without really embracing the lifestyle changes and diet etc. A lot of women find the 30 day shred much easier to do. Insanity is a bit much if you aren't in reasonable nick to begin with. If you start you'll thank yourself in 60 days and we'll all keep you on track ![]() | |||
