"I think it's important to get ones that will be the most beneficial and not to skimp on them. Back in 1997 when I was doing a lot of running I bought some good Hi-Tec trainers and they've lasted quite well. ![]() haha! do they even make hi-tec anymore???? maybe those ones that you pump up for extra support would be good?? magic jordan ones??

"what sort of shopper are you? i am looking for some new running shoes and am drowning in a see of makes and styles!! part of me wants to just buy some so i have them for my run on saturday but i know its important to et the right ones to stop injuries. p.s. ths was totally a veiled help me pot so if anyone knows anything about trail or road to trail shoes please help me!!" Take yourself to your local Cotswold Outdoors and Go Outdoors shops. They should both have a specialist running staff member. Seek their advice and buy whatever they both recommend. I walk and when it comes to new boots and equipment its what I do and it works for me. And buy from Go Outdoors if you have the choice (after buying the discount card [costs £5] and lasts a year). Hope this helps. ![]()
