On my face, and down stairs, Various reasons for not being shaven on my face, mainly very early starts and late finishes however as I was looking in the mirror this morning ( not a good look,

)

I thought I d left some soap bubbles on my jaw, as I wiped again with my flannel it became apparent its grey hair,!! I ve a few grey hairs amongst the ones I ve left mainly around my temples its apparent my body is telling me youre 50 this year,

I don t feel 49 I think I m in reasonable shape for my age,

What brought home a milestone birthday to you,

My knees creak when I walk up the stairs these days, also I was chatting to one of the guys I work with and mentioned the Faulklands War to which he informed he that he hadn't actually been born til `83 and didn`t know anything about it
