I'm sure a country has legalised all drugs and although there was a spike (no pun intended) in people using smack, the rate dropped after a while."Happens with cannabis as well, when the legalise it usage drops. At the end of the day alcohol causes more deaths and costs the NHS more than all the rest put together, but is sociably acceptable. Probably could say the same about cigarettes as well. | |||

At the end of the day alcohol causes more deaths and costs the NHS more than all the rest put together, but is sociably acceptable. Probably could say the same about cigarettes as well.

This man was wealthy so he wasn't out robbing people to fund his habit. He chose to do something which brought his life to a premature end, as do some people who eat certain foods excessively, or drink too much alcohol.
