Who came last night to the social!

Some amazing costumes, personalities and laughs, and I'm partially glad I have d*unken memory loss this morning due to some things I apparently did and came out with

My head is fine, I'm not ill in any way - just aching all over and with a very sore face

I hope everyone had a good time and enjoyed the circus and cocks/cakes if they had any

Thanks to Paul & Flirt for letting us hold it at the club, and all the staff for putting up with me wondering around everywhere last night

Hopefully see everyone again soon and travel home safe - we're stopping off at IKEA on route

As I've said on another thread it really was a fabulous night and it was lovely to meet so many forumites (and a relief that none of those I've argued with on here slapped me ) Anyway if anyone asks I was sat in the corner all night being grouchy and throwing empty glasses at single men. I do after all have a reputation as being cantankerous and objectionable to maintain!

Only regret of the night is that I failled to meet View who I really wanted to say hello to. Oh and apparently, and for the first time ever kissed a tory

I do feel the need to apologise to the poor taxi driver that took us back to the "other" hotel, I think a man in a tutu, a man in a kilt and a man in a tiger onesie was possibly a little too much for him! Oh and on the subject of apologies - room 346, if that was any from here - SORRY!

Had an absolute blast!

I only lasted about two hours in my shoes though and a few others showed me how it was done but I still look like a bloke in heels.

The absolute best thing was finally meeting forumites I'd not met before, catching up with old ones and gossiping with old friends. I know I didn't get to introduce myself to everyone but there's always a next time

I think there were 15/16 threads advertising it before the discounted entry list was closed and even then you could come along and joined in!

Keep an eye on the meets and events section of the forums for socials and parties and events if you want to find something to attend in the future.

It was our first social and many others who were there last night hadn't been to socials before.

One of the really nice things about the event was the number of people who attended who rarely post on the forum or have just started to dip their toes in the water.

It was amazing how many people asked if they could come along after the list had closed too. Plus we even got someone from the hotel bar interested.

Finally getting to sit down for a while after 3 days at Xtasia. A big thank you to Obi_Fox for organise what was a great night.

Was great getting to chat to so many of you even if most of you didn't recognise me in a Tiger costume rather than me having my ass on show

Also my hand is just cooling down after a spanking good night.

It's your choice as to which club you go to - but I don't really seethe point in complaining about not knowing about a widely publicised event at a different club?

But there's nothing stopping you (like many others do all the time) arranging an event at Chams or anywhere else. There is (as pointed out) a new thread up today for an event at VA! (And if you look in the swinging clubs events you'll see loads at other clubs - including one at Chams on the 16th for St Patricks day!)

And as was pointed out - last night was open to all - existing club members, forum posters, Fab members from wherever - and hotel guests at the Prem Inn!

As a nightclub style club Xtasia is very suited to this type of social. Though there are some socials/events held at chams too - my first ever social was there.

if you have not been to xtasia for some time it was a good chance to see the club as it is now and meet a mixed variety of good and genuine people whether they post regularly on these forums or now and an entertaining night aswell . there will be other meets like this and always keep an eye out as they are put up with plenty of notice for you to make arrangements to attend them

Erm - it said 'Xtasia' because that's where the event was held!

It's your choice as to which club you go to - but I don't really seethe point in complaining about not knowing about a widely publicised event at a different club?

But there's nothing stopping you (like many others do all the time) arranging an event at Chams or anywhere else. There is (as pointed out) a new thread up today for an event at VA! (And if you look in the swinging clubs events you'll see loads at other clubs - including one at Chams on the 16th for St Patricks day!)

And as was pointed out - last night was open to all - existing club members, forum posters, Fab members from wherever - and hotel guests at the Prem Inn!

Same here. glad I invited myself along. Some of the "popular kids" were very friendly and welcoming, so much so that I didn't get chance to say hello to everyone else.

For definate, next time i'd get round to speaking to a few people. Didn't get to speak to many as i would have liked.

Not sure how i was going to do any talking as everyone kept stroking my beard and someone kept touching my head lol
