Personally, keep for longer than he stayed at Everton, and win as many trophies as he did there.

Germany / Manchester

I'll say keep, he's landed in some very big boots but I doubt the die hard fans will agree. My best mate has already mentioned "he needs hanging"...a bit harsh but that's football.

It's United, we don't do knee jerk reaction. Moyes will be given time. He'll be backed by the board and in the stands.

The performance was good yesterday, we were unlucky.

He was left a pile of shite most bye their sell by date apart from rooney & van persie

Could never have signed a mata to take everton further give him over summer to replace people and if then dont perform then its his team his head

I remember man utd fans caling forvthe head of another scotsman 25 years ago after a poor start as manager wonder what happened to him

I think he's manager of the season so far & if he manages to keep Man Yoo out of the top 6 then he should be up for a knighthood!

Keep. Give him the summer to get his players in and then judge him on the whole of next season.

If it still ain't doing it, he's had two years and then time for a change.

Watching the full game on setanta yesterday, united were unlucky.

Keep he is doing a great job he always wanted to get Everton above Man Utd. He is well on the way!

On a serious note name one utd player who woukd get in the Man City, Chelsea and Arsenal.

Possibly Rooney or RVP in chelsea or arsenal.

Speaking as an Man U neutral………

I’ve always been happy to support Man U’s exploits in European competitions… after-all they were representing the best of Britain,,,,

However since their dip in form following the appointment of Moyes, I’m really enjoying the openness of this seasons domestic game and I look forward supporting any British team who reaches any of the European competitions..

Saying that, I think its important for each country to have one or two consistently dominant clubs and for that reason I think Manchester United are surely our strongest footballing brand and best placed to fulfil that role if they can return to form….

De Gea would stand a chance at all three too. Janazaj would play at arsenal.

think alot of utd being unlucky is the referees are no longer scared of the manager so they arent getting decisions there way welcome to the real worl man utd

Yes as most it was their final swansong

Ferdihnand, evra, carrick giggs scholes who had to rescue last season

I think it's gone to the other extreme, I think refs are looking scared of giving utd decisions now in case they look to be "helping" a struggling utd side.

Stoke got let off from loads of fouls yesterday.

Depends who you ask. I am a united supporter and I say get rid as soon as I heard he got rid of the ballroom staff and didn't sign anyone. I'd knew we suffer. If I supported Liverpool/man city, etc. I would say keep him. He's devalued the club by a quarter in the space of 6 months and if we don't play in the champions league next year. It's only going to get worse.

Really? - didn't realise that; was Lionel Blair & Fred Astaire a part of the staff?

Keep him, he's doing a cracking job!!!

Living in Devon, there are loads of Man U supporters done here. I want to see how long they can go without winning anything before they change to City or whoever is is dominating the league.

Call it a social experiment if you like

It's like in the far east; mid naughties it was mainly Real Madrid shirts with a few Liverpool & Madrid shirts - a couple of years later there were more man u shirts - then a load of Chelsea shirts - then Barcelona - then, the last time I went there were Man city shirts to be seen & now, I'd guess there'll be a load of Bayern shirts being warn!!!

Selling merchandise is the single biggest earner in Footy - just goes to show how big the fall could be if you don't make the champions league & miss out on the Asian exposure, - Footy shirts are bought like fashion items!!!

Fickle Footy Fans!!

Something to be pondered.................

Sack him and who, and the person has to be available of course, replaces him?

As a Stoke fan, I don't care of course but was wondering what the opinions might be.

wow

a little sense from someone who doesnt seem to be a united fan.

i even saw an albion fan on bookface calling for pepe mel's head, after 3 games.

liverpool fans calling for Rodgers head

people calling for wenger to be sacked

what is with the intelligence of football fans now?

do people not realise there are 92 professional football teams in the country, and between them a total of 9 trophies to win, including the big euro ones (10 if you include the intertwobob cup)

out of 20 teams in the top flight, someone HAS to finish in each of the positions. we cant all finish in the top 4!

its ridiculous!!!

Keep him for at least another season give him the time to add his own players, he inherited a weak utd side even if they won the league all the other teams didn't perform last season. This season has shown why fergie was the master man manager, that exact same side doesn't have the desire as they did. Give moyes the next season judge him on that and then see about bringing Juergen Klopp into manage.
