is a much loved word in the English language, and although opinion on its use are divided, it nonetheless introduces a concept...

What is apparent to you and therefore needs no further mentioning... except on this thread...

In that case it means your not positive if there is one there or not other wise you would just say there is a thread going at the moment which encourages innocent bystanders to strip, omitting the word apparently

The "lack of enthusiasm" just related to the previous 4 posts where the word was not used lol

I must confess that I was struggling a bit with the difference between the two words but I can see what you mean with the definition of "evident" - cheers

Cannot actually remember where I picked up the "apparently" it was on a different thread this evening... was just a bit of fun playing with the word...
