"You're lucky to have a landlord that will let you have your own style, I wish mine would. You have just given me an idea though. I have to have net curtains because the house is right on the road and I'm not that keen on them. You've given me the idea to make some stained glass window inserts instead, thanks! " I have to put it back as it was if I was given notice....the window was already here but to be fair my landlord has been cool so far he said he wants me to make it my home etc...I just cautious when it comes to landlords

" I meant real stained glass, but I will have to insert them on the inside of the existing windows. I'm quite exited about it now. Mind you knowing me it will take until this time next year to decide on a design!

"In my lounge I have antique white on 3 walls and a nice patterned paper on one which is stylised flowers in aqua which matches the aqua pattern on my sofa. The snuggle seat is in a kind of silvery beige with contrasting cushions to match the sofa. The kitchen is all white with charcoal grey porcelain floor tiles. The worktops are sapphire blue quartz - expensive but got a deal online. This contrasts with the copper sink and light fittings. The rest of the house is white. Except for the bathroom which is in blue and feature walls in the bedrooms. My room has a matt dark blue wall which looks almost velvety and the spare room is in sunshine yellow on one wall. Only two colours in carpets. Lounge, hall, stairs and landing are in oatmeal. Bedrooms are both off White. Sounds bland but with lighting and different wall hangings it works well. Don't like dark colours. Like things light and airy. " You place sounds amazing

Once in place just leave to dry x
