What a twit I am, I left my slippers on the stairs earlier, I've just slipped on them and came down the stairs on my elbow and bum!!

last time i fell down stairs they were concrete steps down into my flat, i felt every single step

I chipped mine a few years back, fell whilst out horse riding, it feels like I've aggravated it as it's very painful
