Looks like Man City will be spending £44m on two players from Porto!

Just reading the independent on the fair play rules for UEFA

Man City.....................They wrote off £80m on the salaries of Adebayor, Tevez and Robinho. They also wrote of £7.5m to get rid of Mancini!

The wage bill is:

£639,000 a day

£26,000 an hour

£433 per minute.

Losses for the 2012 -13 £56.6m

Which the reporter says is considerably less than the £14.5m posted two years ago!

Hartlepool United has a wage bill of circa £120k a month!

The mind boggles

I was reading the other day how Man City have exceeded the UEFA fair play rules, notwithstanding that their loss includes some £47 million received in "Intellectual Property" income.

UEFA say they will act tough and punish rule breaking clubs.

I'd wager they don't in this case. Maybe the minnows or Europe.

albion have already said they wont be doing business, and tbh we probably dont need anyone, just need to start playing the right players week in week out.

however i love deadline day.

that said, hate the windows.

would much rather just go back to how it was before

I think I'm all team sports football rugby union rugby league even cricket and the American sports you should be able to do transfers up to the 2nd 3rd game of the season then that is your team deal with it, if you gotta lot of injuries you can apply for special treatment to get a loan player in and that's it
