Face and eyes. The majority of the rest of the attraction comes (or doesn't) from getting to know him.

I can look at a guy and think he's attractive but I almost certainly won't fancy him until I know him.

I don't fancy celebrities for the same reason. If I fancy actors then it's their character(s) I like, not they themselves.

Frame I think. A good shoulder to hip ratio with a decent height is often the first thing that gets me .....

You can 'get interested' from 100yds too, haha!!

Oh and good dancers - I can 'lock on' them from 100yds in a crowd!
