Same here if I was paying lots for it. It's a builder I've worked alongside now and again. He's very good and cheap as hell for cash. Just a bugger to get hold of if he has work on.

thats the problem getting building work done 'mates rates'

they will always fit it in when they have nothing else to do.

makes a 2 week project into a 2/3 month pain in the arse lol

Agreed but we're not in a rush. Looking forward to this garage bring complete though do we can clear the old one and convert it into an annex.... Who knows; we may then accommodate occasionally
