Sorry if repost or wrong Forum.Ive just been reading up on this, (Google IPNAs)as part of a new law,currently going through Parliament,the Government are seeking to extend the remit of ASBOs,so that an injunction can be sought in a civil court to stop conduct that appears to be capable of causing nuisance to ANY person.I can see this being used against many on here,probably against those who like "Outdoor pursuits!" for a start!?

Really...

Would you like to elaborate and explain how it is in our interest to have the burden of proof required to gain a criminal conviction circumvented by the extension of civil law to criminalise those who authorities can't convict through lack of evidence?
