I have just ran for the longest time ever for me and the longest distance.

6k in 61:05

I know I keep going on about it but I don't care lol I'm super proud of my a achievement in less than a year.

Well done!!!

I've done 3x10 leg press on 130lbs today and whilst others can probably push that with their pinky finger, to me it was as major as the Moon Landing....

i tink the jantasic challenge has really inspired me. i am making sure i get my 3 runs in each week!

The next challenge is furthest distance and number of runs each week. have set my furthest distance for 6k now
