Given the choice, after working full time Monday to Friday, I would rather work extra hours on a Sunday than Saturday.

Besides, Sunday is double time, whereas Saturday is only time and a half.

Dyserth, North Wales

I've had to work on sundays in a previous job. Usually from 11am until 8pm.

It's just something that we need to do nowadays. Think of the people like train staff, bus staff, bar staff who actually work a full 8-10 hour day on Sunday.

We crave a 24 hour society to fit in with our working and family lives. This is the price we pay for that.

love working sundays (rarely happens for me due to nursery being closed) however there is less pressure

the admin team dont work and management never bother with the place, its basic staff and we are all chilled out, phones are less busy, relatives often visit and its just nice to mooch around and natter

lazy days

ps, all work is all still achieved.. just the atmosphere is totally different

I have to work Sundays, bank holidays, Christmas', New Years etc, but hey it's a job, and a good one at the moment, bet you'd rather work Sunday than not at all, I know I would.
