Not when you factor in that their beds are a different size to anywhere else so you can only get bedding from there too.

Im not keen on going Ikea as walking round it is painful and takes way to long but i love their furniture especially the more expensive stuff and i find it good value compared to furniture i have got from other places.

I tend to look for what i want online then just head for that and miss the rest out

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I feel I may have missed something today. Wardrobes have been mentioned a lot but Cheeky started a thread about Ikea that then clarified she only wanted sugar soap. I'm confused.

Once you know the layout of one Ikea you can work them all out and use the shortcuts. It takes too long to walk around following the arrows.

Our Ikea is only a couple of miles up the road. Collecting Cheeky for that seems a little silly.

Why would you buy bits for a bed separately??? What if you are a bit skint? Do you buy the frame one month, and the slats the next? also, what bit do you buy first? Do you buy the slats this month and the screws next month or vice versa?

JohnLewis is the way forward, but don't you need to be CRB checked to shop there? Waitrose is the same I think

Avoid the blue cube... you know before you go in that you really don't want isn't in there... but you can't find your way out until "you must have that really useful thing" completely forgetting the stress of building it, only to find it doesn't look anywhere near as good unless your house is a blue cube
