At the pub recently I went to the loo for a piss and noticed a vending machine with condoms and something called menhancer. This product alleges to improve performance blah blah blah. Has anyone ever used this stuff? Does it work??

I bought something similar and when I read the ingredients it was crushed up oyster shell!!! I ate all 3 at once and they had no effect at all.

Let's face it, if it worked, it would be marketed to raise similar $billions to viagra, after being put through clinical trials. Most medicines have roots in natural stuff, such as plants, and have since had the active ingredients isolated, and chemically modified. It doesnt mean any old plants, such as mushy peas or chips will have super powers,even if they have names that sound mysterious or powerful. Im not paying that it is a load of trash, merely buyer beware. Pubs are famed for people having their discernment dulled, via booze, so it makes flogging fantasy even easier. Hope it works, though remember the placebo effect will operate.
