Chat works on mobile version of Chrome but the webcams don't work.

Also the screen is probably not meant for such tiny text on a phone so you might struggle, but it's possible.

The Puffin browser for Android has Flash support so you can chat and view cams but not use your phone cam. I'm typing this on my phone now. I found out about Puffin from a forum post here.
