Why after over a year of not having periods due to having the lining if my womb lasered do i have severe period pains tonight? Damn its killing me

Sorry I'm not a gynecologist......I have no idea. Take some painkillers and see your Dr in the morning?

Avoid caffeine and drink plenty milk. Calcium helps with muscle soreness

Im having the same problems. I had an ablation last January and my periods have started again. Told my gp and they just said that sometimes they dont work and the tissue grows back. Im gonna ask to be refered back to gyne for a check up.

Feel sorry for you. I had a hysterectomy when I was 29 so really can't comment
