Back i go in the morning at my ladies only gym...first session was monday and i still cant foofin walk...ouch xxx

It'll be worth it

Ensure you warm your muscles up before you start and you stretch properly afterwards. Don't rush it because it will reduce the aches and pains.

Ensure you stay hydrated after a session to flush any toxins out.

Kudos to you for going in the first place though, and it will get a lot easier as the weeks go by and your body adjusts to the new exercise you are undertaking.

I hope you keep at it as waiting to see these new pics you mentioned.

Cheers all..yes we get one on one sessions and always have to warm up on the bike before we use equipment, and theres a wonderful stretch machine for when i finish...that and the nice 20 min walk uphill home xx lol

I suvived..you know i think im gonna get quite hooked on this...upped the kgs on the abs machine and did 200 reps...

Been going 3 to 4 times a week since last summer and lost about a stone and feel so much better for it. No six pack but have a pretty flat stomach.

Worth the effort trust me !
