I am a builder and every so often I get propositioned for "extra works" which is very flattering but how common is it ??

I take it that you mean how many builders get propositioned, so that you can rank your score against there's?

Or do you mean how many of us flirt or ask for extra service from builders?

I've had extra service provided by service guys, tho find they're the eager ones. But, not had any major building work, to get the workies cocks n muscles into gear.

For work I used to send builders out to do jobs and make sure their prices were kept down within our limits. As a company I feel we took advantage at times.
