im off to my favourite spa ..nirvana... and they have a fantastic salad bar thats what im having after ive sat in t he steam room had a swimm sauna and jacuzzi .....and me nails done ...

having pasta in a bit.... with homemade tomatoe sauce and whatever i can find in the fridge and cupboards making up the ingredients- considering putting chopped bratwurst sausage in it as well

changed my mind, made pizza- bought in the base from a local bakery- put on all fresh toppings + am drinking a bloody mary while i wait; life is good
