It's bloody brilliant for that, all that reflected light gives you a real good dose. I must get another full spectrum bulb too, keep forgetting, they help.......... | |||

If you are intending to see a doctor it might help them to know whether for example you are constantly down, or if there are peaks and troughs. Music, reading, that sort of thing." lately meaning the last few weeks since the new year the feeling comes and goes, i can feel tired at times not wanting any contact with people, i become irritable and snappy but i must stress that it isn't all the time, just have these moments i have two dogs so i get the exercise but when i go out with them i just feel that i want to get it over with and get home where before i would be out with them for a good 3 or 4 hours on my days off im not suicidal or anything like that just don't feel my usual self, maybe when the days start getting longer the feeling will pass | |||
