Fridge or cupboard.easy one for me housemate drives me bad putting it in cupboard. Views please?

wrong!!! It won't keep in the cupboard. It's an awful way to treat mayo, I can't eat it at the moment because of gallstones, but if I did, I'd keep it in the fridge. Some people don't realise how lucky they are

Supermarkets don't display it in the refrigerated section,though we keep it in the fridge at home

They usually say refrigerate after opening I think x

Once opened it should be refrigerated, before then it doesn't matter.

Says keep refrigerated once opened.....

Fridge once opened. My sister always leaves it in the cupboard at my parents, I wouldn't touch it then! Hopefully she will think twice now as she's pregnant now and not just herself to think of

yup in agreement with the other ladies.. fridge when open

i do it with all of my other sauces too (thai sweet chilli, brown sauce, fruity, and tom ketchup)
