Yeah it really does...I quit back in sept and thought I would need patches or gum or e-cigs but I've managed without and feel great for doing it

Gone cold turkey or you using any aids?

I've been on an inhaler for 3 months now and I'm loving it. Its a refillable gell type one with decreasing strenths of nicotine.

i gave up november ish with the help of the e-cig. feel so much better for it and have found a flavour i really like. still on the e-cig but slowly not using it as much

Saw this and thought it was my mum lol she has gone 24hours without a cigarette too, took over 25years for her to try but I am proud

I was hypnotised over 10 years ago and this has worked really well and I have not smoked since. Best £50 I have spent.

I ( gaz) have been off them for 11 days now after being a smoker for 32 years.

I bought a good e.cig but have used it very little and not at all today and feeling great but a long road ahead.

Gave up before xmas as i was sick of being an addict, second time i've done it and last time lasted 5 years.

To be honest the secret is to want to do it, if you don't you'll never stop.
