Hi to you all,

I am in need of interview tips for today really starting to get nervous now

Has anyone got any good advice please

Confidence is key.. and also showing that you are easy to yes along with, don't be uptight.

I had an interview yesterday, I was a nervous wreck but didn't let it show, all of the questions threw me, they were so abnormal, my interview was for within the hotel industry and I was being asked things like 'How would somebody be able to apply childcare experience to our adult guests' and 'you have 3 mins to invent a mechine that will stop a cat and dog fighting', what is my worst trait etc, I wasn't expecting it all so had a lighthearted joke about the question which gave me time to think of a reply instead of just stalling. He said he admired my honesty and loved my attitude and needless to say I start on Monday.

Soo don't be stiff and be confident. Good luck!

Always have knowledge of the company - they tend to ask what you know about them.

Don't bullshit - you'll get found out in the end.

Have an answer to the questions 'why do you want this job?' & 'what can you bring to the company?'

And as already been said 'be confident'.

Be yourself and think round corners.

If they ask you about what team work means, tell them it means remembering that when a team mate inadvertently drops you in it, that you probably did it to them the week before and didn't get annoyed with you.

Turn up late with a can of tenants super in hand, fart in your other hand and gently place your hand above the interviewers coffee releasing the fart. Pick your nose and wipe it on the table before releasing a giant belch. Then comment on the photo of his wife on his desk and how you recognise her from chams but can't be sure as the last time you saw her she had 4 cocks in her mouth. Then calmly leave.

This has never worked for me but the law of averages says that it has to at some point

Try and picture your interviewers naked and this will empower you.

It does however backfire occasionally if your interviewer is hot and you get the biggest boner!

research the company including subsidiraries, its main competitors and the industry standards in which it operates this shows the interviewer that you are interested in the position.

I need some help with interviews, I always seem to mess up with questions but ask me them when not in an interview and I'm fine

Read up on the potential employer, the job, prepare some meaningful questions, firm handshake, and look people in their eyes.

Admit to not knowing the answer to a question rather than to come up with BS answers.

Be honest and yourself.
