Can't watch stuff like that bit to close to home! Been searching for my birth mum for 7yrs and still not found her!

i thought so too. being foster carer must be heart wrenching at the best of times but to go to a 'selection event' and see the children you are caring for not being played with etc must be horrible.

So many children out there needing homes and on the other hand there are so many people paying 1000's for IVF...

I can't say I'm currently a fan of the activity days, so many children, so many personalities, it's got to be difficult for a child, especially the older ones who may understand what's going on.

Gutted for you man, that's just what I don't want to happen! Found a LOT of her close family as she was growing up I've even had a pint with her ex husband, but know one has seen her for 18yrs! One day maybe! (Sorry would of replied private save the hijack but couldn't)

I've just watched it on 4od. Very very sad. I really felt for the foster carers and the children. That must have been demoralising for the foster carers.
