Hello girls (and some fellas), I love a good skincare / beauty tip and thought it might be fun to share.

I have had 3 revelations recently:

Make up remover - La Roche-Posay Rosaliac. Absolutely brilliant - a gel remover and doesn't blur the eyes in the slightest. Fab.

Neck and décolleté cream - M&S Age Restore range. My 'necklace' lines disappeared in about 3 weeks!

Lashes - Revitalash eyelash conditioner has made my short lashes grooooooooow.

Please share your secrets x

*Spray hairspray over you're makeup to stay put.

*This is also a good tip, spray hairspray in you're heels that are slightly too big!

A little tub of magic cream called Miracle Balm.

Can help everything from spots, dry, chapped lips to burns, insect bites and a whole load more.

Best beauty tip ever: read the book " The beauty myth" by Naomi Woolf. You will never ever look at your cosmetics and beauty routine in the same way.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I just use Nivea on my face.

My make-up tip for lipstick is to invest in a brush. It looks better than straight from the tube and lasts longer. Plus you get all of it and aren't throwing away a fiver of good lipstick.

I've found Bio Oil to be a God send. When my Thyroid plays up my skin develops dry patches and applying Bio Oil before bed helps keep it in check. It's also great for scars and stretch marks too. Plus a bottle last ages

Another one - if you run out of dry shampoo, try a little dusting of talcum powder and brush through. In fact it's better than any dry shampoo...

I have to say lifes easier since discovering dry shampoo its instead of washing ya hair..it also gives amazing volume . I now only wash my hair twice a week instead of everyday. So easy on a morning.. Quick spray run ya hands thru and done sometimes I dont even have to straighten it.. Its amazeballs

My hair is huge, naturally curly and the only way I get a brush through it is when it's wet. I'll just keep washing it when I shower every morning.

I've had problematic skin since I was about 12, acne that refuses to clear up no matter what medication, pill, potion ointment or lotion I have tried. Recently I've found great results with L'Oreal Men Expert black charcoal facewash and their moisturizer, my skin is looking MUCH better than it has in months. It's so good that my daughter has started using it and its worked a treat for her too.

buy a decent facewash and use it after a bath or shower. pores are open by then so you get an extra deep clean

good for spot prevention

Tried it (I've almost tried every skin product available in the last 25yrs), as with many products it made things worse. I also swear by aspirin face masks once a fortnight too.

I swear by Udder cream, available from most agricultural merchants, keeps your nipples and your feet soo soft.

Next tip, mares urine, full of estrogen, for fantastic skin.

Most ladies will swallow it in HRT treatments, google Premarin.

Quite seriously I've never used any face creams or anything. Most I use is some lip balm...

Only cream that ever goes on ny face is man made

For my hair I use many concoctions... One is henna and Jasmine based with squished bananas... Sounds silly but it is lovely.

Dont assume that expensive is best. Sleep is one of the cheapest treatments. Growing aloe is fairly easy, as long as not overwatered- I have one type that grows outdoors even. I prefer naturally cropped to manufacturer processed. Final tip, sex does wonders for your overall appearance- get plenty, alongside that sleep. Perhaps not at the same time.
