Is it true that if you break a Resolution or two*, you have to wait out the remainder of the year before you can start again?

* like going easy on the chocolate or wanking.

Never heard of that quote before.. Thankfully I never fail, but that's only cos I never make them. If I'm going to make changes in my life, I do them as I think them. I don't see no point to waiting, as by that time you've usually talked yourself out of doing what you wanted to do...

Make your own rules for resolutions as for life. Sticking to peer influenced goal laws sounds crazy.

What a pile of shite new year resolutions are. First to those who have kept up with theirs well done and hope you stick at it.

For the majority why bother. Year after year i see at gym the resolutioners that last maybe two sessions then think oh well at least i tried and go back to couch potato routine.

If folk really want to say for example aay i will quit smoking after new year if you are going to do it just do it not use new year to carry on until then so they can use up what fags they have.

Either go for it there and then or stop the bullshit.

As above well done to those actually sticking to what they are doing but to the pretenders be honest.
