Swinger's Site Owner Jailed

Just read that the owner of a scam swinger site has been jailed for 2 years for fraud. He made £200000 out of customers but it looks like only 9 made a complaint, the rest probably too embarrassed to do so. I would like to think I would complain. What would you do? Write off the money and put it down to experience?

depends how the money was made.

registrations? well you take your chance as paying doesnt guarantee anyone will be interested in you anyway, even without it being a scam

but if he was actually selling something, then yes, we would probably complain

I have nothing to be ashamed about, so I would complain and stand up in court and give evidence if required.
