She's been in slow labour for a couple of days, but she's texted to say pains are very strong, and she thinks she will have to go in tonight, she's staying home as long as poss

No my other daughter has a one year old, and yes times change if she has the baby in the early hours, her partner can stay with her, in the birthing suite? In a double bed!!! And they can all go home in the morning!

I did actually do this and my sister caught my baby, not advisable tho as I tore badly and had to be rushed into surgery to be stitched up :O

Still id do it all over again it's a magical experience!

She saw her midwife this morning, 4cm dilated, waters broken! .... But babies breech :/ so she's been whipped down for a c-section. As I type. Fingers crossed for her. Thankyou for your well wishes will keep you posted
