I think it would be a nice feature to be able to write a caption for the pictures that we post i.e. dates when they were taken / where / who with etc

you can before you post the pic, just add caption or date to pic, first

I think being able to comment on someones pic is best done by sending a message, it is open to abuse, if comments could be seen by everyone.

Most will not be read i sent a few and got not much back. even been told not to do it by someone shezzz you cannot please everyone after all
