Somewhere in North Norfolk

I love honey roasted peanuts and cashews. I won't buy them because I'll scoff the entire bag, a handful at a time.

I also like dry roasted peanuts. The branston flavoured ones are lovely too.

As far as plain nuts go, I enjoy most in small quantities. Again cashews and peanuts are my favourites. I don't like walnuts.

Honey roasted ones aren't. They're absolutely loaded with calories. Yes, there's protein too but they can't be called healthy by any stretch.

Probably not. If it was Canute (it is the same person) the thread wouldn't work.

Aren't there Canute coins with Cnut round the edge?

I have some vague recollection of having seen and read about them before.

Probably. Whenever people write cnut on here I think Canute/Knut.

I've got good news even with the honey and salt in fact even peanut butter makes you loss weight if you eat at least 40to 50grams daily.I've got my own theories why which i Wont bore you with unless you want me to.what ido know is it works,..and it even helps cancel out some of the sugar and shite fat you have ate on the day..so get as much peanuts in any form into you daily..and treat yourself to bar of chocolate afterwards and you will slowly lose weight.. x x X

Who mentioned peanut butter? I'm on about honey roasted peanuts and cashews.

And I'll stick to avoiding them, as well as chocolate, refined sugar and "shite fat" when aiming to lose weight, thanks.

I have my own theories too.
