After seeing a post yesterday about sleeping and someone mentioning an app called sleep bot, I thought I would download it!

It says I slept for 3.45 hours... I move a lot in my sleep and I talk utter rubbish... Can't quite make out what I am saying, the good thing is I don't snore

What do you say when you talk in your sleep?

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I found it really interesting finding out why I felt tired all the time.

I have always woken in the night and found it difficult to get back to sleep but I thought it was because I needed to go to the loo.

It turned out I have a dry cough in the night, it wakes me up and I just assume that I need the loo.

Now I just stay in bed and find it easier to get back to sleep.

The only bit I can make out was " towards the wall" can't make out the other bit of Mumbo jumbo.... Oh and I sigh a lot...

"what do you do once you downloaded the app how does it work"

You put it next to your pillow and it records your movements and sound. You get a read out of your patterns in the morning and you can listen back to your nocturnal noises.

Monitor your patterns for a week and see if there are particular things going on. You might find that some nights you sleep better than others.

The night I have fresh sheets on the bed I sleep better. If I squirt the bed with lavender I also sleep better.

I sleep with the telly on very low most nights. If there is no background noise I can't sleep. I don't sleep much as it is anyway.

This might be what i need.

...i have never in my life, as far as i can remember gone to sleep before 2am. And i'm also talking even 10 years ago. Honest.

I used to have this projector clock (which i still have) and everytime i went to bed. It used to spell HELL (11:34) digitally. So, i used to try and see if i could spell anything else as the time went by.

Even to this day i haven't slept early. Or got more than 4 hours sleep. Also, i need it to be pitched black to be able to sleep.

My body clock is quite truthfully fucked! I always wake up 7 oclock on the dot, regardless of when i sleep.

...is this the day of change?
