It's not the actual having a fag that I'm missing its the routine of having one I'm missing first one in the morning with a coffee etc...

On the plus side playing rugby this sat should be a whole different experience after 15 years of not wanting to cough a lung up after 10 mins!!

I would change it to dont smoke when it been a month u should be all clear of pongs

Personally im keeping mine as smoking as on echo cig mainly but have the odd cig lol and i love it in smoking rooms at clubs its very social and good laugh

We'll done. I gave up 5 yrs ago but still fall off the smoke free cloud every now and then.

Ps you still might want to throw a lung up on Saturday as your body won't be used to smoke free exercise lol

You don't smoke anymore so just say you're not a smoker. If you take it up again then say you are a smoker.
