It has to be lassie. He barked and immediatly got the message..."whats that lassie...little jonny has fallen down a well and we need a rope and water as he hasnt had a drink for three days " all that from 3 barks is pretty impressive

animals sure did play a big part in our tv back in our younger days. i can still remember being really disappoint when our new dog never found any kids down wells or anything and yet looked just like lassie xxx

Apparently, when they filmed the scenes of Skippy in a burning house, they nailed his tail to the floor.

No animal has been hurt in this film. Not.
