Hell no

I've seen him in the Windows bar (think that's the name of it!) at the top of the hilton in Mayfair. To be fair his head doesn't look as big in real life

It is funny how telly people look different in real life. Angus Deayton looks nothing like he does on the telly. Although that said Alan Johnson does look like he does on This Week.
