2012 was the wettest drought. Last year worked out well.

All this rubbish about wrong type of rain, not raining at the right time of year is all rubbish.

Rain is rain.

I'm on a water meter and will pay for what I use when I need it. Just fill up buckets from the garden tap. Technically you are not using the hosepipe
