Fab is bad

For work I find myself logging on in the morning have a quick browse whats happening then read the forums and before you know it a few hours gone and no work done it's to ADDICTIVE I don't even message anyone

I seem to always have it in a tab on my tablet at the moment and my productivity has taken a nosedive.

I know everyday between 1 and half past my phone goes on charge then am back and forth looking at it crazy

unlike all you lot i leave it alone as i walk out of the house as i not have a smart phone so only use my desk top pc when home alone , too much time alone i may add makes me dip into the forums x
