What home eating habits would you NOT do when out for a meal....?

We sit at the table and eat at home as well as when we're out. I probably wouldn't yell "bedtime" to the kids in a restaurant though.

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

As I eat while on the laptop I suspect that wouldn't translate well to a restaurant setting. Although watching people on their mobiles when out for dinner I am not sure they would notice.

I don't use a fish knife when out, no restaurants seem to stock left handed ones!

As ex brought a universal one as I made such a big fuss over wanting a left handed fish knife in my cutlery drawer

I tend to stick to putting one sauce on my dinner whilst dining out. At home I can put cranberry, apple and horseradish on my roast.

I was with a workmate at a really posh place in brum many years ago.....they had a basket of bread rolls on the table etc and it was waiter service. She ordered a mixed grill and proceeded to butter a bread roll and then to my horror....slapped her bacon on it

I was mortified and it must have shown on my face cuz she then hid said bacon butty in her bag and carried on eating. pmsl.

Oh happy days

They still get made and bought (usually as unwanted wedding presents) and I feel sorry for them when they are not used.
