Whats taking so long to sort the site out Admin

why is it for the last 4 days we can only attach the first 50 pictures to messages,no point in having gold membership.how long are things going to take to get back to normal

Yeah, was a bit annoying. All my face pictures come after the 50th picture. Well, the ones i like to send anyway.

...they've been doing all that and deleted my pictures again! I'm only on a ladder surrounded by dangerous equipment!

Think it's back to normal now though.

A face pic I can understand, but when you have pics on your profile, why would you send any more???

Just delete the face pic then upload it again, will be at the top of those 50 you can send. Simples

we don't send 50 pics, our face pictures are past the ones were limited to send

All I keep seeing is the site is down for improvements, which is fine until it makes me repeat myself.

But as I can only attach pics to messages from the first few I think they need to add more than 2 hours to site supporters membership.

I've not had a problem uploading, in fact one last night took less than 1 minute

I don't understand the desperate rush.

Say in the message; sorry owing to some technical issues & that we have well over 50 pics i can't send a face pic this minute. Or do as was suggested in the other numerous threads and delete then re upload the face pics you want.

the Op said he has face pics on his profile amongst the 138 pics, so anyone can just scroll through and find the face pics, if they have the time.

We hope this will be back to normal on Monday (tomorrow).

In meantime if a pic you want to attach that doesn't show, upload as a new photo, will show at top

So presumably it should be sorted out today if everything goes according to plan...

Over the last couple of days the average time for new pics being approved has been 5 minutes.
