that last Thursday a painting, by Australian Artist Sidney Nolan, of Ned Kelly titled "First-Class Marksman" was sold last Thursday for an Australian record of £3.27 ($5.4 million Aus Dollars).

yesterday, the buyer gave it away and donated it to the Art Gallery Of New South Wales in Sydney.

Philanthropy is alive and well
