We've had roast chicken, New potatoes, roast potatoes, carrots, broccoli, red cabbage honey roast parsnips & carrots. The chicken carcass is now wrapped up to be made into stock for homemade chicken & noodle soup tomorrow.

Ive just had a bit of carrot cake. not overly hungry today...its this bloody flu.

Got some beef in the slowcooker for tomorrow .

That will make a dinner, a beef and veg soup and a cottage pie

Well I've only got 3 lb to go until I've lost three stone and I want to lose that by next week so just minimum calories for me at the moment

I had roast chicken dinner at the pub ... wouldnt waste time making it myself as i find cooking extremly boring so if i had sytayed home it would have been beans on toast which i do love

The only time i cook a roast dinner is on Christmas day
