coffee and toothpaste mixed and soaked in water with cotton wool then placed between teeth.... grandmas trick from 3 year old and never looked back..nasty taste but instant relief for few hours .

Not a wisdom but the one next to it. Have no clove oil til later today... Nightmare!

In at dentist Tuesday for my regular check up so hopefully get it sorted then

Cool I had it bad last year cheeks were swollen couldn't eat sleep talk concentrate worst thing ever lol
