You demonstrate skipping to your kids and find an alarming amount of belly wobbling going on

Anyone else had an 'uh oh' moment following the Xmas stuffing?

Sorry but its true. Already had a mini fry up this morning and cereal. Went in to town and brought 2 pasties, a muffin and some . Now just got home and am craving more

Your digestive system is trying to sort out that big belly of food...to digest it..your blood sugars are up etc which leads you to becoming sleepy...while you are asleep it has the job of digesting all that fodder...

I didn't stuff myself over Christmas, in fact I lost a few pounds but I gained a stone between June and November due to stress and comfort eating. I knew because my jeans got too tight.

I have managed to maintain my weight this year and now heading onto 2014 with my plan of action to get my abs back by june

but am guessing with what I have planned injury permitting it will be april
