So can I suggest we all take a leaf from our cousins across the pond and (a couple of months late) give thanks for Fab!! Lol

I'm thankful that my first meet was with a sane man.

We have since become quite friendly and I'd have never met him hadn't I been here.

I'm thankful to Fab for all the great People that I have met, and that I'm yet to meet. I certainly wouldn't have come across them in normal life....and the forums kill a couple of hours in the evenings!! They never fail to amuse me.

To all the lurkers and newbies who are unsure about posting, just join in! I've met wonderful people through the forums, there are people in my life now who wouldn't be if I hadn't have dipped my toe in the water and posted! It was the best thing I ever did nearly 2 years ago!

The important thing to remember about the forums is there's no right or wrong way to post - it's just a big melting pot of opinions, statements, discussions and yes - the odd argument or two.

There will always be those that get on (having met in real life or just via communicating on the site) and those that for whatever reason take a dislike to each other. Such is life!!

The simple thing to do is post as you will and if someone gets your goat - ignore them rather than react. The forums are well moderated and those that break the rules do the time. We 're all guilty of taking things personally at times - it's only natural. But at the end of the day they're just words - and there are far more important things in life!

So post one, post all - the forums are what they are.

A break from life and a right good giggle at times!!
